Booking information / terms and conditions

• Mountainview Hochzillertal is a non-smoking house.
• Your apartment is available from 4pm on the day of your arrival. On your departure day, we ask that you check out of your room by 8am.
• Day of arrival in the high season is Saturday, in the low season by arrangement.
• We ask you to enter our apartments in slippers as far as possible.
• Our apartments are equipped with several waste bins for waste seperation. An additional fee will be charged if these are not used appropriately.
• In case of loss of apartment keys we have to charge the extra costs.
• Your booking is valid as soon as we receive the agreed down payment.
• The remaining sum has to be paid on your departure day (cash only).
• Additional to the terms and conditions mentioned above, the general terms and conditions for the hotel industry apply.
